Investment in testing equipment is equally crucial. Our Product Dynamic Laboratory and Material R&D Room have been successively established, significantly enhancing our R&D capabilities.


Through the development and application of FEA (Finite Element Analysis), combined with testing various materials under humidity, temperature, dust and oil contamination conditions, as well as theoretical analysis and independent design integrated with finished mold development, our company has successfully reduced costs. This approach has also shortened product development cycles, further driving cost efficiency.

MOULD DESIGN

Mold design, R&D, and sample production are closely interconnected—this ensures every design reaches the ideal state before mass production. This close collaboration, coupled with the company’s professional expertise, is key to our success and also guarantees cost-effective production.


Before production is confirmed, all samples undergo testing with the latest fully automatic contact 3D probes and non-contact projectors. Full-dimensional inspection is conducted to confirm whether they meet all standards.

The company maintains comprehensive graded information on rubber synthesis to meet diverse application requirements. For customers with special needs, we also collaborate with our in-house material engineers to develop and provide tailored material solutions.



Once the right materials are selected, every batch—regardless of original samples or product specifications—undergoes rigorous testing against our standards. All batches of materials and their corresponding testing data are fully traceable and retrievable.

    Whether for samples or finished products, all materials and processes are monitored and data is recorded via the latest inspection technologies and equipment. Starting from rubber materials entering the warehouse—where temperature and humidity are controlled—each batch of materials undergoes testing; parameters of every production molding machine are observed and tracked; finished products undergo visual inspection and physical quantity verification. All these, plus statistical process control methods, ensure the company’s production quality remains consistently stable.
