We maintain comprehensive graded information on rubber synthesis, which fully meets diverse application requirements. For customers with special needs, we also collaborate with in-house material engineers to develop tailored material solutions.

Once the right materials are selected, every batch—regardless of original samples or product specifications—undergoes rigorous testing against our standards. All batches of materials and their corresponding testing data are fully traceable and retrievable.

Starting from rubber materials entering the warehouse—where temperature and humidity are strictly controlled—each batch of materials undergoes rigorous testing, and parameters of every production molding machine are closely observed and tracked.
PRODUCT QUALITY TESTING EQUIPMENT

CHIBOSS’s test instruments can enable drive belts to undergo functional application tests, such as speed adjustment, temperature variation, pressure setting, dynamic eccentricity, etc.
